Deep but not wide, it's easy to store away and does not take up lots of space on your worktop. Contains a drain hose to easily empty the oil, the basket, lid and bowl can then be removed and cleaned in a dishwasher. It contains only two dials on the front, they are easy to access and alter during use. The capacity is good for family use, and can cook chips for up to four. Refreshing change to our old fryer. It was a maxi fry and truly
hopeless. That had a very bad design, hard to dismantle and clean
and on occasion would switch itself off. You will experience none
of that with this fryer, it's worth the expensive, for saved oil

Main
selling feature is the rotating basket which requires half the oil
of a contemporary fryer. Longterm this saves money and allows you
to economically use more healthy oils like olive oil.
