Very poor, water tastes odd, when near boiling point there is a smell of burnt plastic.

Looks nice, but apart from this nothing to recommened to perspective buyers. It's been designed and put together very slap dash, the base is prone to leaking water, and the burnt plastic water quality compromise is enough to warn anyone off this product. I will avoid DeLonghi next time.

Admirable looks, boils quick, holds plenty of water and keeps the water hot for a long period of time.
The handle does not feel sturdy when the jug is filled completely with water. The weight is very heavy to hold and I do fear the handle may give way after a long period of use.
