It features Panasonic's brand new invertor technology, that means that this microwave will always be on while cooking your food through. Unlike with most other conventional microwave's they only give the food a short burst of microwaves for milliseconds at a time. This can lead to uneven cooking and gives the chance of food poisoning.

I also find defrosting is much better than with my old sanyo, and will all the different cooking modes it makes it ideal for heating most foods like jacket potatoes.

When my oven needed repairing I used the NNA554W as a replacement for over a week. It worked a treat and you hardly noticed the difference. Programming the microwave is also easy.

Overall it's great.
