Ample amount of megapixels, good battery life, high quality with screen with easy to use menus.
The standard memory card is low.

Excellent compact camera which is a joy to use, it's standard functions and speed match that of it's competitors. Only has some minor niggles like the lack of standard memory and the usual problem of flash in low light conditions.

Fits into a small pocket, light weight so there is no issue about carrying it around all day.
Battery flap and other design parts are made from cheap plastic.

Takes superb pictures in daytime lighting conditions, but with artificial light and low light conditions at nighttime the flash fades out all the colour. I purchased it from amazon.co.uk at approx. £152, this included delivery (this could not be matched by any other online retailer). The LCD display is clear and large enough for you to get a valid impression of the picture taken, whether it needs to go on the blooper reel or not. Within a week I replaced the woeful 16mb memory card with a 2GB Sandisk version. You really will be hampered on long breaks with a 16mb card, it's just not enough. It has exceeded all my expectations and couldn't be happier with my purchase.
