Simple
to overclock, straight forward layout, with plenty of features and
slots.
I
would have preferred to pay a little less.
I've heard good reports about ASUS, a mate has a laptop from them
is very happy with it. The main selling point about the board is
the inbuilt wifi card, it also has an inbuilt sound card. As anyone
with a passing interest in computer component's knows, integrated
motherboard graphics/sound/networking cards are pretty poor, and
it's no different with the P5B. So I soon appreciated I had paid
for a few features I would never use. That's my only complaint however,
everything else which came with the board were spot on, the manual
was informative and ASUS included enough cables to cover everything.
The most tricky thing is always installing the CPU and cooling fan,
ASUS have made it straight forward on this board with plenty of
space to fit your fingers for leverage. Stable when overclocked
as well. Comes packaged with Metal I/O brackets, 6 SATA cables,
1 IDE cable, 1 floppy cable and 3 molex cables.

A
boon for overclockers.
Integrated
sound is crap, pricey.
ASUS are rated as one of the best motherboard manufacturers. Quality,
features, and overclocking support is rarely matched by any other
company. The integrated sound is useless, I really wish manufacturers
would stop integrating them full stop. It's a good idea to make
sure you regularly update the bios software, each update has speeded
up my PC.

Supports
a large range of Intel processors. Manual and setup instructions
worked first time, which is a first for me.
