Only
need to plug the scart lead into my tele and it worked.
Some
of the functions are complicated.
Easy to setup because it tunes itself in all the main channels
automatically. It didn't find my sky digital AV number first time,
but I started the tuning process again and it worked fine. On the
downside the manual is hopeless and you'll need a PHD in gibberish
to understand anything.

super fast
nothing
Still have a large vhs collection, I wasn't willing to throw them
in the bin so I decided to upgrade my old player. The equipment
has plenty of features like an 'optimum picture response' and 'self
diagnostics system'. Does everything I expected of it.

high
specification at a low price.
complex
to operate.
The forward and rewind process is particularly good, especially
when you wish to view the picture and forward and rewind at the
same time. My previous vhs was painfully slow in this respect, was
maybe twice the speed of the actually play function, aghhhhhh. Taking
into the price and spec list the machine is pretty decent, the only
thing it really lacks is a good search function so you can easily
find the beginning of a recording started somewhere in the middle
of the tape. I couldn't get to grips with the index search included
by LG.
