I got this system as a present to myself, sob sob how sad I hear you say. It was by far the most attractive little hifi in the shop and made it an easy job of picking it from the shelf. Loud as hell if you desire, the sound is outstanding quality to my ears.

The facade has all the controls you need, plenty of ports available and is perfect for connecting an ipod / mp3 player. I like it so much it's become an indispensable part of my living room. I use it mostly for cd's and mp3's, I haven't even used the radio.

I would recommend this hifi system to anyone, the price is a total bargain!

Looks more expensive than it is. Sound and reliability top notch.

I've owned this hi-fi for around a few month now and it's been a great buy, a fantastic little hifi! The sound of the system is comparable to a set of low level separates, when the volume and bass is pumped up it handles the high end level clearly and without vibration. There are plenty of nobs and switches to control all the aspects of your sounds, you can keep the midrange flowing nicely and make sure the bass is always balanced and under your control. Few if any CD's challenge this system, the sound is always very leveled, only extreme bass can cause a hiccup. My previous system was a denon which I sold to my brother, it had 3-cd changer which was a constant headache, they noise it made when switching discs could only been heard to be believed from such a reparable brand. I am glad Panasonic went with a one disc cd player here, the finish and overall feel of the machine is superb. The output in terms of watts rms is far from ground breaking, and may put a few perspective buyer off. But rms isn't always the b all and end all, Panasonic have taken full advantage of whats on offer with the sound distortion even at max not noticeable! It's a fab liddle system that looks as cool as it sounds.

I am thoroughly satisfied with this system. It's lived upto my expectation's and what Panasonic promised it would do on the side of the box. Sound is very good if not brilliant, the price and size of the machine reflects that. I consider it good value for money and aesthetically one of the best midi's around.
